About us

Originally built as an outlet for the Noosaville fish board (established in the early 1940's, at the time located next door) Noosaville Fish Market has been selling raw and cooked seafood to locals and tourists alike.
Now owned and operated by local chef Gary Roser the shop is better than ever. Gary has over 30 years experience in the local hospitality industry, mostly dealing with seafood.
